if yr phones is sl2 then use mx box and unlock yr solve

Hi,
I think, your problem will be resolved only when have an unlock code. To get an unlock code for your 6103, you have to call your carrier and request for one.
If you didn't get it then or the carrier refuses to give you one, you could try to buy unlocked code online from the company's website.
