how do i upgrade the software on the 6210? can this be done using the standard lpt flashing cables? or do i need the box?

yes you can upgrade the software but the problem you will have is logging the phone. i can do this for you if you need it done.

What do you mean Logging the phone?

I have 6210 with ver 3.04 (dead atm) but if I can upgrade it, maybe it will cure the problem of its death.

Please elaborate "logging"

you need to read log immediately after flashing with new sw version.......and then you need somebody to calculate this log for you because it wont be able to geit into network...when you get the calculated log back you just update the eeprom with it and now all is ok...... but logs arent for free.......ž

by brad- 10 logs 40 usd 33 logs 100 usd etc untill 500 logs 500 usd...... regards..........

how do you upload / change eeprom details (saying someone calc'd info for you)?
