|  using 7110 modem and laptop i was wondering if anyone knew how i can connect my 7110 to my laptop to go on the internet with it, ive got the cable and i have installed the modem files but nothing, i have created the dial-up network but the phone does not ring out, any suggestions? |

|  your cable should be the DLR-3P cable and not the oridinary fbus 51/61 cable for it to work. install nokia data suite 3, and just use the virtual com port + gsm soft modem |

| you can also buy a infrared, and it work very well, don't forget to install the driver for the modem, you find it on nokia web site  |
