hey can anyone help me out i bought a nokia 6190 of ebay and
it did not accepted my sim card .can the DCT3 be able to unlock
the phone or is they any one that can help out PLEASE NEW TO THE SITE

No problem, use normal DCT-3 Unlocker like EEPROM-Tools by B-Phreaks, Rolis Tool 1.8 etc. 100%!
