Use ultrasonic bath with denatured alcohol mixed with 50% water. And don't forget to put rubber sheet under the board if you don't want to kill the crystals.

My Opinion !! , the Best way to clean ur Phone from Insied is to take it to the Hardware Section
this is the best solution ....
