I HAVE A 3310 AND I TYPE IN *#0000# AND THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT COME UP ON THE SCREEN!!! IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY OF FINDING OUT WHAT SOFTWARE MY PHONE IS??? THANKS DIGITALTV69 <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> :bouncing:

You have to put the SIM card in the phone and after entering the PIN you can write *#0000# regards.

hi, yes i have done that as well but no software version comes up??? can't think how to do it on my other phone it works ok!! i think this phone has been lock by a network provider

hummm, try with an mbus cable and a with nokia toll, logomanager, or other, make a reed on the mobile and the you can see the version.
