first flash mobile 6.64 ver.
press patch button to ufs
chooise file RH-18_1100_6.64_imei repair.jud enter org imei and update file to phone
mobile now contact service
reflash phone same ver(6.64) use uisettings
all done

try full erase file,,,,,then flash it with a lower version....and then pm file

Tested on Rm-4 Nokia 2300. IMEI restored to orginal but phone automatically went off after 20+ seconds....

I think change uem is the only solution now ...
