1208 hang up

can you hlep me how solve my 1208 when operator logo appears all is stuck up, i've done flashing with JAF, UB, HWK, re hot UPP and flash ic, still stuck up

Same problem to me.I'm erase and full flash also but still same problem.Anyone have solution????
