1600 noisy eapirece and keypad tones

have a 1600 when you press the keys, its noisy sounds like a "radio w/ no station" "chhhhk, chhhk", also when you call all you hear is "like a radio", is this a speaker problem? or keypad ic

if keypad make sound when u press the keys ,it cant be keypad ic
i dont know what sound u hear .but if it was astrange sound ,try to flash the phone if it didnt work or the phone wasnt able to writw the flash its helga ic %.i know its strange but try it and tell me.

I also had the same "shhhh" sound problem for nokia 1600.. yesterday i tried to flas the phone.. phone shows erasing error 10 and cannot flash..Again i tried to flash and when connecting the cable i heard the sound "shhh" loudly ...... now the phone is 1st boot error... confused

Most noisy problem is HW problem. You shoul have clean the speakers first.

brother, this have nothing to do with flashing or key i.c. the strange noise is as a result of very tiny breakage in the interior of the earpiece-------just change the earpiece----simple. it works for all nokia mobile phones.
