firt checkuem imei by bus check.... is uem iei is not valid then u ave to change uem first

well first you need to bus check if UEM is still good but most of the time 2310 UEM is sealed
problem like that occur with the following even:
drop fone
wet damage
and over charging

it is better to ask your *******r about it and take note most of them lied

fone speak louder that word hehehehhee

else
if overcharging dont bother to repair it why it take time to remove and replace UEM it gonna cost him
maybe a (500 to 700 in peso)
and you may accidently remove contact from board

wet damage

CPU(shorted)

drop

CPU(rework)

and lastly RPL you can take chances any way mxkey RPL is Free (if you are using one)
