Help unlocking Nokia 2610 RH-87 v6.80 - GSM-Forum

I just got a new Nokia 2610 Silver locked to AT&T. When I tried the cable, it would not connect. When I looked at the contacts on the phone, I noticed they are covered with glue. I took a small knife and removed the glue so the cable would connect. I connect the cable and it reads "TEST MODE" However, when I try to read the Info it will not connect. I tried with MT-box, JAF and Universal Box. ( I noticed with JAF the RX light will not light up) None of them will read the phone. The cable works on other models and I have tried it on other 2610 locked to AT&T. It seems that there is something else that needs to be done to the new silver 2610 from AT&T after you remove the glue. Maybe new cable? Any help would be appreciated.

1.full erase
2.full flash
3.write good pm
4.then unlock ur phone
5.full fectry setting

Still won't connect. I get an error saying TX can't connect. Maybe it needs a different cable?

I read on another post that this has a new FBUS connection? Can anybody confirm that?
