The phone was flashed successfully? Try make it erase flash and flash again. Try reflash it with other SW ver.

exuse for my bad english but i hope you understand.

You are not allowed to write PM or unlock if the phone is dead or unflashed. if the phone is power on before, you just need to flash it again with correct firmware, please try using other flasher.

Probable you have wrong TIA/FIA files. When the some phone FW installs it removes some TIA/FIA files in the work directory of the UFS_DCTx.
1. Fully reinstall you UFS DCTx soft.
2. Make backup from [C:\Program files\Nokia\Phoenix\Flash\*.*].
3. Install phone FW.
4. Try to flash.
5. If not works restore TIA/FIA from backup and flash again.
6. If all it not solves try to heat Flash IC.

i have also incounter that kind of problem. msg error: unknown flash manufacturer..what is this mean? pls anyone responce. tnx

you can tell me other flasher?

Did you heted it's flash ic? What flasher do you using? If it is UFS, you can't use any other flashing SW. Chek up all connections. Probably there is no electric contact between phone and cable or between cable and flasher. I had such situation.
