I already confirm that solution works fine I did more than ten pcs, Big 10x to malikk.

i have converted a lots of fones(6030-RM225) and one is in my use right now it's working fine there is no problem,all you have to do is just unlock the fone with any box and change the filtters thats all

is that possible to change the languange of RM-225 ? (for example using RM-74 package) , by replacing the flash IC ?

Or is it possible without changing the flash IC ?

Yes, its possible to change language pack but not rm-74 flash, just flash PPM section and that all.
PS: which language would you like to put in your phone?

solution works 100% but you cant save contacts to phone memory, it restarts every time you try...
