6100 C.S. after flashing with Griffin - GSM-Forum

Hello,...
i got 6100 to upgrade
after flashing it become phone restricted and then contact service
the imei is ok
i tried to unlock it (using the griffin),but it failled
my box is updated to the latest version (_3650.gpd)and the 1.97i software version

so,any help plz

did you upload correct content file for phone ?

this maybe your problem

re-flash full mcu and ppm, and correct content file all should be ok

I have 1 problem after upgrade & dowgrade 6100 line1 & line2 can't active. Can anyone help me pls ???

But,i didn;t solve my problem yet
i fashed it again many times and upload the cp package .
and still with Contact service
and cann't be unlocked with Griffin
it always said failed

go thru the menu and do a factory reset. this should fix it

@digimob
try to flash the version that was originally on the phone. also ig you have phoenix and a PKD1 do the start up checks, this may show you the problem, becuase if the phone was working before, then i doubt there is a hardware prob, it is possible but it still could be software related

use latest logomanager and connect your phone

press CTRL+ALT+L for ALS

This works fine for most dct4 handsets I dont think this has been tested on 6100 yet.

Hi

Try this:
Attach the cable to Handset and Switch onthe handset and Imediately( Display Blank and before it displays Contact service... U have to be very fast) press Unlock, the handset should Go into Test Mode and Sp data Sucessfull.
If The handsets goes into test mode, your job is done.

i also have a simila prob, mine is saying insert sim after flashing but if i put battery back it shows contact service again, what could be the problem?????
