I have an idea, but i am not sure it would work...didn't tested it yet.. 1. Backup full PM from phone with NZ lifetimer 2. Use pm2rpl to make RPL with flash IMEI data 3. Write full PM from new phone 4. Write RPL (from 2) to restore IMEI pm2rpl prog. is somewhere here, i downloaded it few days ago SpaXa

No, flashing mcu+ppm will not reset the life timer of 6230. I think he may be reset by doing what ReviveR or spaxa say. I'm tested full flash mcu+ppm. it is not working.

Hehe (c) Crew Last answer was the best... ReviveR is right but you can downgrade just some versions....with v5.24 and v5.26 you will have CS i tryed yesterday with one 6230 every firmware and full factory and PM and nothing.....with lower versions you can do it.... Regards Mackie

Hy This solutiotion worked for me 100% with twister : 1. Make backup of full pm from a phone with the desired lifetime timer 2. Write that pm to phone 3. Aply all ui settings 4. Restart phone in normal mode If this won't help you, try to erase whole flash, flash phone with desired mcu, ppm, cnt, restart phone, write pm from phone with the disered lifetime timer, apply all ui settings including simlock reset, restart phone. regards

Writing whole PM will clear lifetime...but...writing entire PM from other phone will also transfer it's IMEI displayed on *#927..blabla...and thus make even zero lifetime suspicious with this modified s/n...only thing we need is exact location of pm record holding lifetime...with hope that this record is not holding ALL data displayed on *#92702689#.... Did someone tryed partial owerwriting of PM-hunting location of lifetime??
