Question 6230 write imei failed


hello,

i have a 6230 no network, uem heats up and has defect. i try to change uem using from a working 3220 with a ready rpl backup but ufs does not write rpl. even tried jaf but still not write and imei is ?????????????. i also tried using blank uem using griffin server logs but also it can't write. Prior to writing imei, 6230 was fully flashed successfully with working 6230 pm also written. here are results:

LOL!!!
you are quite good if you managed to get off UEM without damage
but:

- you CANNOT use 3220 UEM to 6230
- you must use EMPTY UEM
- you CANNOT write "RPL backup"! you MUST pay for RPL, and you need to use ASIC6 RPL...

no more problems

oops i forgot the which asic type it is since both uses uem2.0. however i have solved it. thanks anyway

@edcentec
that is such a nice phone. i just got too excited since i removed uem perfectly and used another uem w/ a backup hehe
