Check with ur service provider. There must b some problem with the settings. Get these checked.

Go to Menu > Messages > Message Settings > Text Messages > Sending Profile > Defaulf Profile > Message Centre Number " give service provider # "
> Message Sent vai " Must Be Text "
> Message Validity " Maximum Time "

Try to format your mobile with UFSx or other device.If problem still then flash it.

this problem is faced only with nokia phone and have relation with sim type

Call sim operator and tell him the problem you got , he will send you a message with all settings , you save it restart the phone and that´s it.
