Question AFD flasher


I have bout AFD flasher with all cables and CD , when I opened this CD I found only DCT4 Tools V3.0.87 program, no flash files the flasher is working fine, ( for unlocking ), but flash section is empty, I do not know from where to get those flash,

any one can help me please

I tried to flash 7210 but I have this error B – 1
What dose it mean ?

And when I tried to change connection mode Fbus to Mbus it is not reading the phone
Is that normal ?
