6310 can't go into Test Mode. - GSM-Forum

Hi I have 6310 which is on Contact Service. I also flashed the phone with version 4.31 but the phone is still on Contact service but when I connet my phone to the craked version of Phoenix and take BB Selt test here it show Sim Lock fail after that I connect the phone itno a FBUS data cable and run programs which puts the phone phone in test mode but unfortunately the phone does'nt went on TEST MODE it is still showing the same contact service does any body have idea that how to put my phone into test mode?

Hi,

Use original starwars dongle nd sw....it works for me

try to use TESTMODE.exe.....i think it'll be good
if not ...think u have hardware prob.
