6310 phonebook prob - GSM-Forum

Got problem with a 6310 when i use it on vodaphone you can never view phone book all other networks its fine anyone got any ideas?

use any DCT4 box or have it upgraded in service centers in your country if you dont have the dongle.

Reflash the phone. Works 100%.

well i think everyone is providing the same solution......then it should work....right....

upgrade your software thats all..

try doing restore factory settings,,, works for 8310 phone book problems....
