Griffin can flash your dead phone.
1. Select manual mode
2. Select mcu+ppm
3. Press flash botton and then press phoneīs power botton. Donīt worry if itīs dead. Griffin will flash it. At least itīs works for me.

I have same problem, came in as "not charging" changed K fuse and the phone went dead, no power!!

Flashed it ok, but still not switching on!! Does not even show charging when you place charger in.

Anyone have a working solution
