6020 erorr in flashing

I am FLASHING NOKIA 6020.. and I am Using the following mcu & ppm files but when i click the flash button
so (Process Failed, Repowering Mobile) msg is displayed and the mobile is in dead condition.

MCU rm30__03.520
PPM rm30__03.52g
1st Boot Ok, DCT4, UPP: 2142

just reheat or reball cpu.... if din works change cpu.....
