7270 blink when trying to call and ends the call - GSM-Forum

the phone has full signal ..but when i try to call it blinks and ends the call...

i flashed the phone mcu ppm cnt pm ..but pb remaines and i noticed one error .. CNT Updating Failed, Err: 0, CNT Area not Empty

also ..when the flip is closed ..the phone rings normally ..but when i try to open it ..it rejects the call ..

it seems like a soft problem ..but what else can i do ? .. i don`t have fullerase ...

hey friend,
that is a hardwear problem, relax and do more work on the antena region

when i say it blinks ..i don`t just say it ends the call or the signal drops all the lines at once or one at a time ... it does a blink like an restart or a reset ....that`s why i thought it`s soft pb not hardware ...

and i think it has sometghing to do with this error .. : CNT Updating Failed, Err: 0, CNT Area not Empty

the signal is allways stable with or without the flip closed

also the phone is brand new ....

good details then you should go for the rite flash files .

the flash files are the downloaded from twister support page ...i used 3 different versions ...same pb

and i also used one of them ~2 weeks ago on another phone without problems..
