7650 latest version is 3.16
But there is new version release in china v4.34, and this is pure chinese

i only heard and saw V4.34 for CHINA and HK and Taiwan version,,,

So far, I've only seen NHL-2NA Phone Data Package 4.34 (China).

There is Version 4.28 but it is never lanuch formally

Which only have Simple Chinese.
