8310- all time Insert SIM ? - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have 8310, and with sim card all time show - Insert SIM.

Please, What I can to do?

is your sim reader pins pushed in? if it is try to pull em out or replace it if not test your phone with another sim might be a faulty sim.

Hello,

I checked sim - OK
checked sim holder contacts- OK

maybe this is software problem, like 8310 not sw ON?
and need reflash it.

I had the same thing with my brand new 8310... I just put a piece of paper on top of the sim and it worked fine for me.

I have 3 doing the same all three have water damage but only a small ammount tried ultra sonic still insert sim tried logs still insert sim any other ideas
