8310 Change Language pack, its possible?
 

This phone not have Russian language, i have MCU and PPM for flash including Russian. What flash the phone?

Of course it's possible. All you have to do is buy a Nokia DCT-4 flasher kit and that's all !!! The price is 2500 USD...nothing much for a device that only upgrades/downgrades phones, with a few more little functions.
