8310 Contact Service after full flash with neelix2 - GSM-Forum

I had brought Neelix 2 from my friend in china 2 weeks ago. Begining it is working fine, but after upgrading to the newer software version for 8310 its get "contact service"!

i had tried to downgrade it but it is still the same

. I had 3 good sets having the same problem after upgrading to newer version.

. Is it the phone fault or the software faulty? But the phone is 100% working fine before upgrading

. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

If you actual y bought one box in china you had it of sun-tone or mobile-tech
and you would now we have a forum to post or ask about your problem(s)
and this problem would not happen

first you buy 1 set now 3 sets???

Read well body he got 3-8310 with CS..not 3 NEELIX box...

To Mobile_ch:
Check stable power supply...!!

Hey man.... please dun be so rude!!!! I am your customer too!!! Your box causing me problems and it is SERIOUS problem!!! I did not place this in the sales purchase area , you should be HAPPY!!
But of cos I will NOT get NEELIX product anymore and also will not recommand my friends to THIS GREATEST AUTHOR box that can cost you more then the box amount!!!! What a "great customer service" you have !!!

Hi,

First thing you need to do is to connect these phones to Phoenix
and check the reason for this Contact Service.

This saves a lot of time and hassle plus is pointless to repair something
if you're not sure about the fault.

If you dont have Phoenix with Donge, you can contact us for alternative cheap solution.

Simple problem but expensive to repair... just get log files from those c.s. phones and send it for calculation. No need to buy dongle to read phone. 95% are simlock problem which can be repaired by logs. I agree with 666, buy Griffin and logs are cheaper... also careful with your power supply when flashing. best regards
