sounds to me like your handsets are Blacklisted, the only way to fix this is to change the imei number, which is very hard to do on 8310 as it involves changing chips and rewriting imei, until an easier solution is found , your phone is pretty much useless !!!

Blacklisted means the phone has been reported Lost or Stolen. the networks then bans the imei number, so everytime you switch the phone on it sends a signal to the network, the networks then sends a signal back to the phone which tells it, it cant make or receive calls.

Unfortunatelly it is costive , U need to change UEM chip wich
containes the IMEI caus it is OTP chip ( One time programing ),
with new one , rebuild new IMEI No , and reprogram it though
the phone.
Maybe someone experted here from U'r country helps you ??!!

I have same problem with a 7210. It is from my provider directly, totally legit. The phone is working fine until I enter the unlock code. I am the 1st owner of the phone.

How can they blacklist their own phone?

Please help

Phillis
