8310 security code reset How ??


hi all
whats the best way to reset sec code on 8310
i tried win dls, it says its resetted it but it doesnt work
i hear that neelix professional does it, where can i get this from and does it work with flasher cables, or dejan 105 box

Hi max_gee

If you have a PKD-1 and a Winphoenix software, its easy by just using a MBUS cable and use force reset, but if not...

The best way is to buy Dejan102 box and use WinDLS 2.7 to reset 6310 & 8310 phone. You also need to buy 8310 cable and convert it so that it will be compatible to Dejan102 box. GOODLUCK!

Bytheway, there is no way to read phone using Nokia Tool or Logomanager on the new DCT4 phones! I already done that!

guys, could you please point out how to modify the mbus cable? i did modify the cable but it still does not work,,,, any way to show us the link or kindly explain how ?

thanks, what program did you test it with ? i tried nokia resources & it said it did but it did not, it puts the phone in local mode & it goes through the resetting UI & DEV proccess, then it finishes & the phone is still locked,,,

use NEELIX 2.3. Just press RESET DCT-4 button:



but use original cable only:
