8310v5.54CONTACT_SERVICE(flashing)!!! - GSM-Forum

Hello gays,
i have 8310 vers.5.54,i try to change language,flash..and my phone now:
CONTACT SERVICE...i press(unlock+repair)buton..and not work...CONTACT SERVICE persist....pls help.

Try to self test it first to determine the cause of CS, there are many tools out there for you to have them tested....Or it's useless just saying help if you would not help your phone visit someone with the right solution...hope it help..

Check is the imei and production code is available. If both are available, it should be the hardware fault. Yes you can test it with winpheonix but maybe if the production code missing, you can also use winpheonix to update it then initia sp unlocking =)

Please verifly the actual fault cos there is alot type of contact service in the DCT4.

PKD-1 is still affordable for a small gsm service shop after all. I ever test it with "third party self-test sw" but of cos it will never be as good as winpheonix =)

Base from what you have posted here, the problem lies in flashing miscue... Have you tried reflash it with the correct PPM version and evrything... That might solve the problem or better yet try to upgrade it to V557 to check if it will work fine... sometimes patience pays off in solving problems with regards to celphones especially if the phone is not yours ( cause you have to pay the owner after you destroy it..) well also some GOOD LUCK CHARM is also neede here to facilitate matters realated to your problem....

buton "RESET LOCKS"...and my phone WORK100% JAJAJAJAJAJA

Strange indeed.... After flashing PPM only with DCt4 Flasher Pro the unit results in CS, so the fault lies in SIm lock area.... Happy you make your phone work again and now you can play with it again without worrying next time how to fix it....
