| 8390 Cannot undo restriction Hi, I tried to unlock a 8390 using the DCT4 calculator when I tried the +1 code i got "cannot undo restriction" I then used the +7 code and got the same message. Does this mean that too many attempts was made before ? please assist |

| dear, Yes it does mean that too many attempts were made before, and all were false too. Now without using cable solution, there is no alternative. Many available around us to do that job. Reach any seasoned unlocker around your location. He / she can do it very easily. Regards. |
