Just update Product Profile with this " RM-13_EU_GRID_IM_OFF.pp "file.
You will find it in RM-13 flash file folder
The IM menu is gone now ...

Thumbs up 8800 Restart still lots of people unable to solve

Hi All

i am facing this restart problem with lots of fones, some time its going to repair just with full flash or good pm but 90% it wont repair, even you wil do, Product Profile update , good pm, erase flash, user area format, full flash with CNT, all versions tried but same result, by JAF or USF3 its same result. its 100% hardware problem from UPP ticu.

Reflash with RM-13 Ver.3.78, then write Pm. Your phone will be OK 100%.
If you have no this SW of V3.78, go to the same thread in this topic by me, you will find even V.3.94.
Good luck!
