8910 always on "HEADSET MODE" help pls - GSM-Forum

I have an 8910 that is always on "HEADSET MODE" i already changed flex ribbon to bnew 1 and it is still the same. i checked profiles and it is not on headset mode. When it rings, it rings thru speaker. Just the voice is not heard thru earpeice. Also even when i changed flex, it is still not charging. The board has no repairs. What should i check? do you think it is the bnew flex that can have defects? i don't want to keep changing flex because it is so expensive. thank you to all that will give advice!

change flex cable again.....lipat mo lahat ng pyesa galing sa luma....

flex cable and down connector.check conector because my 8910i have this problem.

you are right sirs, its the flex cable! i changed it, the one i had was defective from my supplier.

and i have an 8210, when i charge it, it is alwayl dedicated Headset, althought i selected Normal in Profiles. if i select one of profiles but it don't dedicated Personalise but only Activate. , when i charged finished, i must turn off then turn on it, it is normal again. can you help me ?
