anyone save me from insanity? - GSM-Forum

hi..tried to send a picture message to a 6230 today,discovered it hadnt got virgin settings so I rang them up they sent them and I have spent half the afternoon trying to sort it out..settings are saved,but it still wont recieve photos telling to go to website and collect it...I have rang virgin 3 times,had settings resent,was told I had to send a multimedia message first to get it up and running (did this it wont send it,theres no flashing envelope in corner and its in outbox to be sent)...and third time the guy said that they are having probs,(I felt I was just getting the brush off)...anyone know whats wrong??

i had sme prob with o2 in the end my mms setting i had to change ot auto retrive in my settings and it worked try it see how you get on
