hi can any one help i have a 6230 water damage its fixed but no lights what can i do.

check the connector where LCD goes on the main board , just clean it properly it mite be rusty , check both connectors infact lcd and main board !!!!! good luck

there is also a driver for the LED,s wich may have become faulty i have 2 of these phones will post here if they get repaired i think it is the glass ic just under the left side keypad connectors next to the flash but i may be wrong have to finish tracing the problem

6230 no light

hello i can find the problem
the 6230 water damage , have one small IC 8 pins upper voltage 4V to 12 V to lcd , can find in under imei lable , replace it can fix 100%

replace the small coil at the same time, that often causes problems after h20 damage.
