3220 blinking and flashing error - GSM-Forum

Hello all of friend's
Here is a problem in my 3220 it is blinking and another fact is i try to flash the phone but it is show error message . . . .

Also i heat the flash IC but problem is same ! ! !

Any idea for this problem ?? ?? ?? ??

HI,

Apply some paste on the UEM of Nokia-3220 and rehot it until the balls under it melt. Then cool the PCB and check.
