flash your phone (MCU+PPM+CNT), do UI settings (FULL) if not work the erase flash first and do full flash + PM upload if still not ok then its hardware problem.

Thanx for ur reply raid? i did this ocassionally but it didn't work at all. I have come to know that when we erase flash for contact service problem we should provide specific start and end address of memory then it will work what u say???

the attached file is the erase file for 1100, use it as MCU file and leave the PPM and CNT emptiy and flash the phone, it will erase the eeprom, after that full flash the phone and write good PM .
Before that you have to backup the flash IMEI in case that its erased while erasing flash then you can restore it.
