convert dct4 850 to 900 without hard modification - GSM-Forum

hi friends do you know any way of change the frecuency band of 850 of 900MHz at the dct4 nokia model without change in the hardware, only for soft.
because in one center in my country was done, i open the cell a 6061 and the cell dont have any modification in the hardware the filters as the original movil.

do you know something about this frecuency band convert without hardware modification in dct4, maybe as the american bb5 that only with change ther rpl the cell have signal in the other band
