I have 3510i uk vigin that i can't unlock I have generated codes with dongle but always get wrong code is there new versions that cant be done yet?

i have older dongle but this is not a problem i just remove 1 from 2nd digit also i post twice in this forum the imei for get good codes but they are the same?
i think 3510i lockked on virgin cant be done yet?
i read a post of someone selling dct4 calculators where it says not virin 3510i........

did you type 23400 as the uk virgin network

and not the 23430 T-mobile

Don't forget if you eneter codes wrong to many times, then the phone can only be unlocked with direct unlock (clip, Neelix, AFD, Griffin etc.)

Thank you all for your help I did unlock the phone with the clip but thanks for the info i know for next time

Virgin UK will give you the unlock codes for their mobile phones for free (no charge)!
All you need is to have:
Put £30 of credit on since having the phone OR
Have had the phone since a certain date, cant quite remember it though.
