Griffin Griffin Griffin, oh dear !!!!

hmmmm this is a post that i really do not want to write but i am forced to due to what i beleive bad support.

i payed alot of hard earned money for a griffin box!

i had problems! i still have problems with flashing 6310i
i can flash everything else, 8310, 6510 etc... all work fine even standard 6310 but when it comes to a 6310i it will not flash

i have been onto suppliers but no help so far, i have swapped box 2wice but still each one of them has not flashed a 6310i,

i really dont want to write this here, especially because i am a griffin fan, and user....

but i have not had the support i would expect for outlaying so much money.

i have been told it is my computer, but 1) i am a comp engineer, 2) i have 3 desktops and 4 laptops all differant specs and i have tried on all but still 6310i will not flash,

so basically, pls dont listen to people on here, pls go see the products working for yourself and then choose the one u beleive is the one for you, maybe griffin works gr8 for others but not for me.

if however in the next few days, i get a solution from the griffin support team (lol) then i shall post a detailed message about how my problem was soreted, if it does

regards
nick

updates for griffin are available on http://griffin.int3rsys.com
for 3510 and 8910 are ready , just put MCU and PPM on /products and make some changes on .ini files
tested works perfectly on 6310i , also repairing bluetooth problems.

Griffin So far so good..

No worries Nick..

So far, my griffin has not let me down yet.. I have till now flashed 8910, 8310, 6310 6310i and 6510 and still no problem.

I agree with all the above post that you must first update the box and after that, it will work fine.

Only one more left to test.... 7650.. Will it work??? If anyone knows, please spare me the agony.

Griffin is still the best DCT4 flasher on the market.

About support, well, just ask your supplier, or better ask your supplier if he can offer support on a FTP before buy.

I am using and selling griffin and i have never problems with supprt !

Hi,

You are very wrong my friend ! Support is not some ftp site with
files !

Support is when you have a problem, to have somebody to call or
send a mail.

Support is when somebody answer this calls and mails and really
try to help.

Not every briliant programmer/reverse engineer can make a good
business man ( unless you measure by the quick cash he make ).

Best Regards
