Unhappy Have forgotten security code 4 6610. Any chance to fix that out?


Somwhen in the past (2 months maybe) i have change my security code and i don't know maybe i was drunk then or what but now i can't remember it even looking in the gun hole. If someone knows the "exit" of that problem,plz, tell me how 2 do that.

go to nokia service center or use some cheap flasher (@ your own risk) if you know how.

don't think so nokia center can help you on it cause starting onward for phone model later than 8310 and 6510,the security code can't be force change without entering the correct security code.So all they can do is just reflash your phone again only

it's needless to reflash only resetting factory defaults or values using the right flasher box or program.

if u ahve Griffin it will just take 2 minutes to reset the code back to 12345 moreover flashing doesnot change the security code......it is not 3310 he is talking about it is 6610...

Simply use Maestro 0.25 and Fbus cable to reset code to 12345.

YES , maetro is the best and easy solution, follow this :

Connect phone and read ( phone must go to test mode and back to insert card; if not read again.) Click on full factory resect and not security code reset and that is it .

My friend, topic had more then a 1 year, and surely only flashing will not restore security code. Only if you choose to reset after flashing, but by just flashing MCU+PPM, you won´t reset it.
