Help with T-mobile 6610 MMS settings

I just got a Nokia 6610 that was on T-mobile service. I have unlocked it to accept any sim and i am using a Globe sim in it. My problem is that I cannot send or rec. any MMS. SMS or texted messaging works fine. I am using the Globe (phillippine SIM) via Cingular service here in the US. I would like to unlock the MMS settings can anyone help with this? I have seen other threads about flashing with 474 firmware using MobiMB may fix the problem. Is this true? If so can someone help with a location to download 474 can't get the links on here to work. Thanks in advance with any help.
