How to know if Nokia 6100 is locked or needs Security Code? - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have a Nokia 6100 from Rogers At&T Canada.
Want to use it in Malaysia.

How do i know if it's locked?
I managed to enter Sim password and it asks me for a Security Code. I entered default Nokia 12345 but it says "Code Error".

Does that mean it's locked to Rogers AT&T (to be unlocked using Crux) or does that mean I've got to reset the Security Code (using Nokia Mastercode)?

Really appreciate all the help i can get. Thanks.

Just give ui settings to ui option if not ok higher v files flash to phne

give me you imei and service provider i can forward both unlock and mastercode

u can use only ufs or griffin or dct-4 calculotor

well if u see ENTER RESTICSION CODE mean its network locked...use any code calculater or box(if u have) u can do easily..

and if its showing ENTER CODE its mean it need sec code for acess phone..

so nokias defualt code 12345 or put imei i will give master code for ur phone..

just simple ways..
