These are the steps I doing to repair nokia1100 dead phones
clean the PCB and check the connectors
Second Check boot

If boot gives error like this

1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 03 00 00 72
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp DCT3
Rebooting Mobile

Rehot the flash,uem area and checking the cable connection

Check boot again,If it gives the same error

1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 03 00 00 72
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp DCT3
Rebooting Mobile

What to do next????

why phone is dead?
after flashing?
if yes, try to flash with plugged charger.

Any Thing More All These I Have Tried I Thought There Were Some Parts To Change Or Wires To Jump?

i am having same problem, first it is a working phone 2650 nokia the complaint is when anyone dial it just show there no. instead of there name who are already in phone book so flash it do ui but still same then flash it again this time with CNT but fail and pone wont start again.
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 03 00 00 72
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp DCT3
Rebooting Mobile
i am checking all cable it is working on other fone, can flash MCU and Pmm with charger plug in but phone cannot be local mode and still dead,
what should be the problem, pls if you have solution help me.

maybe ...... U must change UEM IC...

sometimes it can be the uem which needs to be changed

I don't think its UEM it only came after flashing the phone

If you have, try with Griffin and press power on.For me work in few phones.
