R u engaged in this mobile phone repairing job? If not u better go to a repair shop. If yes, at first u should find out if it is a software problem or hardware.

I have the similar problem. i have flashed it but IMEI became ??????????????4. any solution??

U r phone imei is damage friend.
U have buy an rpl file for create imei number ........... So u have done this job with UB Box or Jaf box OR MT box.
after rebuiled imei flash the phone with latest version .......... may u r problem solve.

for imei repair jaf ub and mt box is best (you have to buy rpl for damage imei lke(???????????????
