PROBLEM:

01 - IMEI: ????????????????
02 - IMEI Repair

SOLUTION (same on 2):

01 - Flash it with latest firmware like 08.11
02 - Patch the IMEI using BROKENARROW
03 - USE F1 to REBUILD the IMEI ( SERVER PASSWORD REQUIRED )
04 - Flash again the phone with the latest firmware like 08.11
05 - WRITE PM ( OTHER BOX ) - HOPE THIS ADD TO NEXT UPDATE
06 - UI Settings ( Full UI Default, Full Factory Default & INIT Simlock ) - ( OTHER BOX )
07 - NOW UR PHONE IS 100% WORKING

Broken Arrow User Guide

How to use "Broken Arrow" on Federal-One Dongle?
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*You need to have a valid firmware MCU package which is similar as the one to your phone. ( If not, you may flash the phone with the firmware version which you intend to use)
A- After you had installed the "Broken Arrow" installation file from our support site, run it with the dongle attached and you may find your F1 dongle serial and detail on "Broken Arrow" software.

B- Select "Local Mode" and click "Scan" for phone info

C- Edit the IMEI number under the "New IMEI" section

D- Click "Write" under the "Operations" section and software will prompt you to select the valid MCU. ( MCU firmware version must be the same with the firmware used on the phone itself). Select MCU.

E- Wait for a few second for "IMEI" change process complete

F- After "IMEI Change Done", you may now check "Phone Info" by clicking on "Scan" for phone "New IMEI". You may also check GSM phone itself by pressing *#06# and for IMEI number changed. And for CDMA/TDMA, you may press *3001#12345# to check "Serial Number"for ESN number changed

i have observe that sometimes imei SHOWS only ???????? and sometimes it shows with 4 like, ?????????4
is it possible that if IMEI shows ??? with 4 then its HARDWARE PROBLEM
and if it shows only ??????? then its SOFTWARE PROBLEM .. ?? or visa versa ..

this is my just random observation.

you can find out if UEM or Flash imei is damaged.
it is possible with jaf and griffin boxes.
with jaf just read uem.

WAKE UP......uem is a chip that can be programmed one time only but if u erase its imei data accidentally u have to replace it before write rpl or else cpu watch dog won't let u to patch imei if so it turns it off as it detected that uem is patched. So replace uem thats the only hope we see .............

can be done by rpl calculation.
