i tried to unlock my 7210 with dct4 but it not says unable to unrestrict is there any other way of doing it

If it said 'Cannot Undo Restriction' then either you or the person who owned it before you, has entered 5 or more incorrect codes. The phone cannot be unlocked now using the keypad. You will need to find and pay someone with a service box such as Griffin, Twister etc etc to unlock it for you
