nokia 1100 wont erase - GSM-Forum

i am trying to erase flash, someone gave me this nokia 1100b, it has 900/1800 flash rh-18
i was trying to flash rh-36
i cant erase flash
phone wont go now in local mode, it was okay before now it wont erase this is what i get using twister flasher
1st Boot Ok, DCT4, UPP: 1201
Fl0: 0x01000000-0x011FFFFF,00208823,St M58MR016
Algorithm: u_st_i.fia
Erasing: 0x01000000-0x011FFFFF ...
Erasing Error: 10, at: 0x01000000-0x0101FFFF, 940207, Time: 00:00
any idea?

reinstall ur ufssuit & restart ur computer

if not work reinstal ur os

tried in 2 diffrent computer same thing..

use eras file for 1100

in what field you select this file erase in twister?

mcu, pm , ppm where exactly use this file? or do i have to use another software?

try to change fia 3.26 or 3.19 and flash your phone.

first flash adress is
Fl0: 0x01000000-0x011FFFFF,00208823,St M58MR016
(as ufs shows),but when u try to erase default address is
010000000-01ffffff...or something like this... an u get out of bounds..

so...use brain an when ufs asks for erase adresses enter fl0 adress and all done

never mind, I have figured it out by selecting nokia 1100 only in dct4 in twister
this time instead of nokia 1100b, this phone is from asia had firmware 1100-18, but under the batery cover its says rh-36 and has 900/1800 instead 850/1900
I need to make this phone rh-36 firmware
with 850/1900

finally selecting these option

manual

speed slow

tried couple times with the same error , it forced the sector
0x0101FFFF
finally erased..

Now I need to flash it with rh-36
I need to flash mcu, pm, and ppm , when I download rh-36 from twister support I get 1100b-rh36.exe file. After extracting in the folder what
file I have to flash with first?
currently the phone is totally dead any idea?
