nokia 1600 cracking sound when off - GSM-Forum

Phone works fine but when you switch it off, it starts to make this cracking sound, and it wont stop unless you remove battery but when you return battery it will crack again. It behaves like when you switch on a radio and there
's no signal, thats the kind of sound you hear in the phone. has anyone experienced this, how can i get rid of it

Phone might b water damage.... Wash it well and then post result....
