NOTE: When I put in the T-Mobile SIM it asks me if I want to unlock it and gives me an opportunity to enter a code.
When I start it without a SIM it asks me if I want to start it without a SIM.

yes you can unlock your nokia 2610b thru codes to be able to accept different sim card, or you may also unlock it by software like UFS Hwk, MXKEY or Cyclone

Still wants to unlock this ATT phone.
